What happens once I order?
When you make an order with Baruki Bros., a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This is automatic, and will include all the info you have provided for us to ship your order correctly. Please ensure your address is EXACT so that we can get the package to the provided address. If, for some reason, the address on your order is incorrect, contact us ASAP with the correction. This is super important as our orders are shipped within a 1-2 business day time frame. If you inform us about the address change after we have shipped your order, that is not our responsibility!
When will my order ship out?
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase; we do not ship on weekends and on holidays! Once your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and a subsequent email with your tracking information. If you did not receive this email after one week, please feel free to contact us.
What is your return policy?
Baruki Bros. does not accept returns. All sales are final.
What is your exchange policy?
Baruki Bros. only offers exchanges, no refunds. If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange after seven days of receiving the item.
What if my product is damaged/defective?
If you receive your order and it is damaged/defective please email us at barukibros.help@gmail.com
Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days.
What if I thought the appearance of my item was going to be different?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Please review the item's description before purchase.
What address do I ship my exchange to?
To exchange your product, please mail your package to:

Be sure to include the full name that your order was originally placed under.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave the Baruki Bros. facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address, shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You should receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
Does Baruki Bros. ship internationally?
Unfortunately at the moment, we don’t ship internationally. However, we are working on it! Please email us at barukibros.help@gmail.com if you would like to know when we will start shipping internationally.
How much do I have to purchase for free shipping?
Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $50.
How do I pay?
Baruki Bros. accepts the following payment methods:
PayPal (however we do NOT accept E-checks and your order will be cancelled if you pay with this method. Only direct funds will be accepted as we ship fast, and cannot send out an order until the funds have processed on our end)
Credit Card: Includes Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What happens if I place multiple orders?
Separate transactions placed in the same shipping cycle will not be combined.
Orders must be placed in the same transaction to qualify for discounted shipping.
Please note that Baruki Bros. has the right to cancel an order at any time due to: incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity, inventory errors or suspicious activity. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund.
